The Order of the Blooming Lotus

The following poster is being distributed in all larger cities of Azeroth, and in general, all places where Pandaren gather. It is written in elegant Pandaren characters by hand; brush on parchment.

The world has opened up to us, and we have spread. The mists have faded and so our horizon broadened. It is you all, our fellow Pandaren, that have travelled and learnt from these new lands, from the beauties and the dangers that come from them.

It is the constant flow of things that we are part of, societies form, Kingdoms are built, Emperors rise, and so by the time, they fall again. It is the nature of things, the constant cycle, the balance on this world. It is what we experience every day; what we have experienced in the time after our horizon expanded.

We have lived in peace, and even then we survived the attacks of Mantid, Yaungol and Mogu, we have stood up against the Thunder King and his minions and caused his fall; and in the end we also stood up against Garrosh Hellscream and fought until he fell as well: We are strong as One, strong united. It is because of people that fight, so that our families can flourish in peace even when conflict arises. We have been divided by the forces of this world and now is the time to stand united again, to stand strong as the One, as we have for thousands of years.

Our order believes in the strength in numbers, but also in the will of the One, the way that we work towards in unity. We believe that Pandaria is not merely a continent, but an ideal: It is where families and their children need not to fear for war or hunger; it is where people rule themselves instead of being ruled by conquerors, where men and women live and love in the beauty that they have preserved as long as Pandaren exist. Yes, we believe that Pandaria is worth fighting for, it is worth to fight for peace, balance and harmony, to preserve what we love; we are the people that have learnt the alternative and have rejected it freely.

It is us, that have made it our duty, to protect this land from dangers, may they come from outside or within, to bring justice where injustice arises, so that no Pandaren must ever live in fear or sorrow. For we will oppose any tyrants, no matter where they rise, combat ignorance where it is found and protect the free people of Pandaria. As long as we stand united, we will not fall; as long as the Lotus blooms, Pandaria will be safe.

We all know that things change, but we will use all of our influence to change the course of things, to improve ourselves and the world, we Pandaren shall stand as an ideal for many others to come. If you read this, friend, and think alike, we are in search for people like you. Brave Pandaren with an open heart, that devote themselves for the greater good. Pandaren that fight, so that others do not have to, that give their lives to preserve the beauty that we know as Pandaria.

If you are willing to join under our united banner and lend us your strength to aid and protect Pandaria, meet us at the well in the mage district of Stormwind city, or at Tian Monastery in the Jade Forest, from where the root of the Lotus spreads over Pandaria. We provide you home, training, eat and drink. Join us today if you think like us, friend.

The Lotus blooms,

Ju-Sin Stormstout
Grand Master of the order of the Blooming Lotus

The Blooming Lotus has been formed by the former Shado-Master Paozi Wulong as a society; but as he mysteriously disappeared in midst of the war against Hellscream, Master Ju-Sin Stormstout has taken over the leadership of the Blooming Lotus and reformed it to be an order. Even your Horde characters can join the order of the Blooming Lotus ICly, and though not all of the characters of the Blooming Lotus guild are part of the order, many are or will be.

The aim of the order is to unite the Pandaren under a unified banner, to protect Pandaria with their joint strength, a banner that has interests and aims and which is known all over Azeroth and addressed by outsiders. Alone we are segmented and don't have a proper presence on the world stage, but together we can represent Pandaria.

Enemies of the order are all that pose a danger for Pandaria or the Pandaren in general, those that commit crimes against fellow Pandaren and those that seek to conquer parts of Pandaria under their banner or steal from it's riches. After all, Pandaria belongs to the Pandaren and it should stay like that.

So, if you need an aim or cause for your Pandaren character, the Blooming Lotus will provide it to you. If the concept of the order does not suit you, however, there is still the option to join the guild as a wanderer from the wandering isle or as a citizen of Pandaria and to create your own story.

If I didn't despise playing a pandaren so much I would probably stick it in here.

We do also have great cultural events, and legendary treasure hunts from time to time (not nearly enough, though).

Join up now, and get a free barrel of Stormstout brew for free!

While supplies last.

Omg that artwork.

I've seen you lot around every now and then on different characters doing different things, each them I am most delighted. We even teamed up to kick some horde butt one day! All in all, nothing but great experiences, keep it going!
