Q: What is Defias Brotherhood?

A:Defias Brotherhood is the Oldest and Best RP PvP realm there is right now. We`ve been here from nearly five years and we have stood where others have failed and that is why we are the best.

Q: What does RP stand for?

A: RP stands for Role Playing, not Really Powerful PvP. There are a few articles writen and several policies which you should view before deciding to move here.

Q: What are these forums designed for?

A: Very simple, having the general realm forums its usually a big mess of PvE and PvP nonsence, flame wars and other pointless threads. These forums are specifically designed for a place where Role Players such as you and me can sit back, relax and exchange information with other Role Players, organise events, become part of events, submit a story - read a story and other fun activities ascosiated with a troll free forum (not litterally, we have trolls here from SGE and other guilds!)

Q: What are the sections and what can i do around here?

A: Good question, here is how it goes:

1: The Public section is what you see when you are not registered on these forums as a member, here you can get a general sense of direction when entering the forum.

2: In Charecter section is where diferent bits and pieces of In Charecter information are gathered, information about organisations, about laws and other diferent subjects that are writen in a In Charecter fashion, like letters, newspapers and so forth.

3: Events section is the one in which are listed the upcoming, ongoing or past events which took will take or are taking part on our server, browse these to get some insight over what it is to be a part of this great community.

4: Looking for Role Play section is a place reserved for advertising when people need someone to help them or to look for Role Play in general or to become a part of a ongoing plot or one that will kick off aswell as to offer/request help.

5: Out of Charecter section is the place in which diferent sorts of discussions take place over In Charecter issues and other ingame issues and it is discussed by the members of this forum.

6: General Chat, well it speaks for itself. Randomness and general fun as described not in regard with the game itself but a place where people can share interesting information, have a laugh and so forth.

7: Registry section is a place where Guilds and Guildleaders post their recruitments and information concerning their guilds, if you are unguilded and looking for a RP guild this is the place to look at.

8: The Library, this is the section which is the vault for all of the writen stories created by the residents of these here forums, one of the most brilliant pieces of pure awesomness hide inside!

Q: Thanks, that really helped me, what do i need to do then?

A: All you need to do is register - please use your character name as your forum name - and wait for your account to be activated then you can become a part of this forum community and get things going! Now onwards to the other questions!

Q: Whats the Horde / Alliance Ratio on Defias Brotherhood?

A: Roughly 50/50 whilst the Horde dominates on the PvP scene, we`ll see what happens in Cataclysm.

Q:How is the Role Playing here, where can i find it?

A: RP on Alliance side is mostly random while there are alot of organised events aswell, main hubs are in Stormwind, Ironforge, Duskwood, Arathi Highlands and Southshore.

RP on Horde side is mostly guild orientated whilst you can find random RP aswell, known RP hubs are in Orgrimar, Silvermoon City, Stranglethorn vale.

Q: What about PvP and World PvP?

A: There are a number of RP - PvP guilds on this realm willing to take you under their wing.

Those worth noting - Bloodwind ( Alliance RPPvP ), Mad Grin Legion ( Horde RPPvP)

World PvP happens on a daily basis almost, skirmishes, campaigns or just pure ganking here and there. Organised World PvP/RP happens on a almost weekly basis between the forces of the Horde and the Alliance.

Theramore Navy - IN THE NA- nevermind here is a quote from their thread on the realm forums to give some insight on the guild.

Wandering Company - Wandering Company is a PvP/PvE/RP guild. To satisfy their mixed focus they organise weekly PvP and PvE events with semi-regular RP events. Their PvE goal is to have a 10-man raiding group doing weekly raids. Their PvP goal is put together regular Battleground groups and to establish an Arena team. All members are required to uphold the RP rules of the realm and to have their PvP tags turned on at all times.

Also there are a number of Political Organisations, Covenants and whatnot situated around Azeroth and the diferent factions - The Ironforge Senate, the Stormwind Council, the Covenant and the Alliance Warcouncil.

Also remember, when rolling here you must be aware of the rules and policies which come with beeing on a RP PvP server. If you cannot stick to them or atleast respect them, do not bother rolling here.
